DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Amidst the ever-expanding scale of infrastructure development, WTAU has been actively involved in monitoring the operational balance of bridge-erection machines for over two years—a commitment that began the moment this type of equipment first appeared on the scene. On the Xiongxin High-Speed Railway project, WTAU collaborated with the design institute for the first time to provide monitoring services for the project's inaugural overhead-type bridge erector. The primary focus of this monitoring was on two critical parameters: "travel path imbalance" and "concrete pouring weight imbalance," which were tracked using force sensors and the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, respectively. Additionally, data was collected regarding the equipment's structural tilt, travel distance, structural stress, and environmental conditions. Furthermore, comprehensive video surveillance coverage was established to monitor on-site construction activities.
